How We Use Photos and Face Data
We use your photos, including any Face Data in them, only to provide Porta’s core features. This includes generating and editing images you request, and showing your photos and generated images back to you in the app. We do not use Face Data for facial recognition, identity verification, or targeted advertising, and we do not sell your Face Data.
We may use AI models and automated systems to process your content and activity, for example, to generate scenes, recommend content, detect spam or harmful behavior, or improve our models.
You can control some visibility through in-app settings, but please remember that anything you make public can be viewed, shared, or saved by others.

Photos and Face Data with Service Providers
When needed to provide the Service, we may share your photos (which can include Face Data) with these providers so they can process images and run the features you request. They are only allowed to use your information to provide services to us and are not permitted to use your photos or Face Data to train their own public models, advertise to you, or sell your data. Photos, Face Data, and Deletion
We keep your photos and generated images, including any Face Data in them, for as long as they remain in your Porta account so we can provide the app’s features to you. You can delete individual photos or generated images at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and associated photos from our active systems (subject to data we may need to retain for legal or legitimate business purposes). Some content (such as remixes that others have created from your original scenes) may remain visible if it has been reused by others, as allowed by the license you granted under our Terms. Any remaining copies in backups are removed automatically as those backups are cycled out.

Your Controls Over your Photos
You can delete your photos and generated images at any time inside Porta. When you delete content, we remove it from our active systems. If you delete your account, we also delete or anonymize your associated content, including Face Data, as described in the Data Retention section above. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Porta is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it and may terminate the child’s account. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
